The Epilepsy Foundation of Rochester-Syracuse-Binghamton will kick off GardenScape 2010 with a special preview party of this spectacular flower and garden show on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. at the Monroe County Fair and Expo Center in Henrietta. The preview party, known as A Taste of Spring, is a fund-raiser for the Epilepsy Foundation, a non-profit human services agency serving the needs of area residents affected by epilepsy and related disabilities.

Guests of A Taste of Spring will stroll through dozens of amazing gardens and enjoy a reception complete with heavy hors d’oeuvre, wine, beer, and cocktail tastings, desserts, and live music a day in advance of the show’s public run from March 11-14. Tickets are $50 and this includes entry into the gardens as well as the food and beverage tastings. The Epilepsy Foundation will hold a silent auction of garden and home-related items, a raffle for a beautiful handmade quilt from the Quilt Room in Penn Yan, NY and will sell fresh flowers at the preview event and at the show itself.
